The Whole method is a methodology created by Melina Linden (psychologist & yoga instructor) and Lia Ikkos (emotional release coach & actress) devoted to helping individuals free themselves from the struggle with painful emotions and embody their experiences in order to live a richer, more meaningful life.
The Whole method borrows elements from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Clinical Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Psychosomatic work, Yoga and Breathwork making it a holistic approach for people interested in deepening their knowledge around the mind/body system (MBS) and gaining new skills to navigate difficult thoughts and feelings.
